I learned to listen differently at a young age — and that ability to listen differently has propelled me through my life and career. Over the last 25+ years, I’ve worked with individuals and organizations to listen differently unlocking the power of emotional intelligence to drive business and personal results, solve complex problems, and build enduring relationships. Driven by the desire to create a Listening Movement, my goal is to revolutionize the way we listen — and to create a reality where educators, business leaders, and corporations invest time and resources into teaching its transformative power.
