Ruby Newell-Legner

Ruby Newell-Legner, CSP®, has presented more than 4000 programs in 25 countries. Her company is named 7 Star Service, named after the Burj Al Arab in Dubai, frequently referred to as the only 7 Star Hotel in the world. She is President of the Global Speakers Federation and served as the 2015-16 National Speakers Association-USA (NSA) President. For 29 years, Ruby has inspired service cultures for executives, managers, and customer service staff for 1695 sports, leisure, and entertainment facilities worldwide, including renowned destinations like Ferrari World, Ski Dubai, and Perfect Day at CocoCay. She has provided training in seven international sporting events ranging from the U.S. Open to the Olympics and for 67 professional sports teams, moving one team from #85 to #1 in the ESPN Fan Experience Ranking of all sports franchises. She has been listed in the Top 30 Global Gurus for Customer Service for 3 years. In 2022, Ruby received The Cavett Award, NSA’s most cherished honor, which celebrates one member annually whose career demonstrates the spirit of sharing, guiding, and inspiring other professional speakers.
